1. Official Accounts

  • NRB FINANCE maintains official pages/accounts on select social media platforms for the purpose of customer awareness, updates, and promotions.

  • Borrowers must follow only the accounts officially mentioned on our website or official communication.

2. Communication Limits

  • Loan applications, EMI payments, and customer service requests shall not be processed via social media.

  • Customers must use official channels (branch visit, email, helpline, UPI, wallet, etc.) for all financial transactions.

3. Content & Posts

  • All posts, offers, promotions, and updates shared on official NRB FINANCE pages are for informational purposes only.

  • Any misuse of NRB FINANCE logos, brand name, or false representation on social media will attract legal action.

4. User Comments & Interactions

  • Borrowers and followers are free to comment, message, or interact respectfully on our posts.

  • NRB FINANCE reserves the right to delete abusive, offensive, misleading, or spam comments/messages.

  • Users engaging in fraud, harassment, or misinformation may be blocked or reported to authorities.

5. Privacy

  • NRB FINANCE will never ask for sensitive information (Aadhaar, PAN, passwords, OTPs, bank details) over social media.

  • Customers must not share their personal financial information in public posts or messages.

6. Promotions on Social Media

  • From time to time, NRB FINANCE may announce promotional campaigns, coupons, or contests on its official handles.

  • All such offers will be governed by separate Promotion Offer Policy  and Coupon T&Cs.

7. Third-Party Responsibility

  • NRB FINANCE shall not be responsible for any losses, fraud, or issues arising from unofficial/fake accounts or third-party promotions.

  • Customers must ensure they are interacting only with official accounts.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute regarding social media communications will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Rajkot, Gujarat.

 

 

 


The Applicant/Customer confirms that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions of this Policy/Agreement. In case of any difficulty in understanding the contents, the Applicant/Customer shall immediately contact NRB FINANCE during the loan application process for necessary clarification. NRB FINANCE shall not be held liable for any misunderstanding if the Applicant/Customer fails to seek clarification before proceeding with the loan process.
