Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NRB Finance, we value the trust of our customers and are committed to providing transparent services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which payments may be refunded or cancelled.

1. Loan Processing Fees

  • Any processing fee, convenience fee, or service charge paid towards loan applications or services is non-refundable, once the application is submitted and processed.

  • These fees cover administrative and verification costs, and hence cannot be reversed, regardless of approval or rejection of the loan.

2. Loan Repayments

  • Payments made towards loan EMIs, principal, or interest are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that correct details (amount, bank account, UPI, card, etc.) are entered while making payments.

3. Duplicate Payments

  • In case of an accidental duplicate payment, NRB Finance will verify the transaction and initiate a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

4. Failed / Cancelled Transactions

  • If your payment is deducted but not confirmed due to technical errors, banking issues, or failed transactions, the deducted amount (if any) will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment gateway to your original source within 5–7 working days.

  • NRB Finance will not be responsible for delays caused by banking channels or third-party payment providers.

5. Service Cancellation

  • Once a loan or financial service has been availed/disbursed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Customers wishing to close or foreclose their loan account may do so as per the terms of the Loan Agreement.
