1. Introduction

These Promotion Offer Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern all promotional schemes, discounts, or offers (“Offer”) introduced by NRB FINANCE for its customers. By participating in any Offer, the customer (“You”) agrees to these T&C.

2. Eligibility

  • The Offer is valid only for customers who apply for and avail services from NRB FINANCE within the offer period.

  • NRB FINANCE reserves the right to verify eligibility before granting any benefit.

3. Nature of Offers

  • Offers may include discounts on processing fees, cashback, coupons, reduced interest rates, or other promotional benefits.

  • Each Offer will clearly mention the validity period, applicable loan type, and benefit details.

4. Non-Transferability

  • Offers are personal to the customer and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless explicitly mentioned.

5. Cancellation & Withdrawal

  • NRB FINANCE reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any Offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.

  • If a customer is found to have misused or abused an Offer, NRB FINANCE reserves the right to disqualify such customer.

6. Combination of Offers

  • Unless specifically allowed, no two Offers can be combined together.

7. Liability

  • NRB FINANCE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of participation in an Offer.

8. Disputes

  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
