Data Deletion Terms & Conditions (NRB FINANCE)

1. Definition

“Data Deletion” refers to the permanent removal of personal, financial, or KYC-related information of the borrower from the records of NRB FINANCE, subject to regulatory and legal requirements.

2. Eligibility for Data Deletion

  • Only borrowers/customers who have no active loan or pending dues can request deletion of their data.

  • Data deletion requests will not be processed if any loan account is active, overdue, or under settlement.

3. Process for Request

  • The borrower must send a formal request to coustmercare@nrbfinance.in from their registered email ID / mobile number.

  • NRB FINANCE may ask for additional verification to confirm the identity of the requester.

4. Timeframe

  • NRB FINANCE shall process valid data deletion requests within 30 working days of confirmation.

5. Exceptions

Certain data may be retained by NRB FINANCE even after deletion request, as required under law/regulations, such as:

  • Loan transaction history

  • Taxation/Accounting records

  • Regulatory compliance documents (KYC, AML, Money Lender Act records)

6. Impact of Data Deletion

  • Once data is deleted, borrower may not be able to access past loan history, repayment records, or other service-related information.

  • Re-application for loan will require fresh KYC and documentation.

7. Security Measures

  • NRB FINANCE will ensure that deleted data is removed from active systems and databases.

  • Backup copies, if any, will be purged during the next scheduled system cleaning cycle.

8. Fraud & Misuse

  • Any fraudulent attempt to delete another person’s data will lead to legal action.

9. Final Authority

  • NRB FINANCE reserves the right to approve or reject data deletion requests based on compliance with applicable laws.

  • All disputes will be subject to Rajkot, Gujarat jurisdiction.


    The Applicant/Customer confirms that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions of this Policy/Agreement. In case of any difficulty in understanding the contents, the Applicant/Customer shall immediately contact NRB FINANCE during the loan application process for necessary clarification. NRB FINANCE shall not be held liable for any misunderstanding if the Applicant/Customer fails to seek clarification before proceeding with the loan process.
